What's wrong with this? It doesn't work. It should be sunny weather but nothing happened when I typed 'SUNN'. Please help someone.

Those weather addresses probably activate some weather after a while (not right now). If you want to change the weather now then use the opcodes 01B6 and 01B7.

Try opcodes 01B5,01B6and 01B7.

01B5 - Command Name - FORCE_WEATHER
