As far as I know, that isn't considered spam. If you don't like what a certain member pm's you- there is always the nice block feature. Something I'd advise you to use.

As mods have said block them, there 'Trolls' if you may... but i suspect they have nothing better to do, what are the moderators doing about this?

What do you mean by "what are the moderators doing about this?" This topic is only for things like PM advertising etc. This thread isn't really for personal issues which is why there is a 'block' option which can help you deal with personal issues against members.

Yeah. but they still have to take action against them, for example Hyena posted on the previous page about a pm that contained content that was against the Forum rules, but girish told him to just block him, if the same thing was posted in public, the mods would have taken action against that member.

Private Messages are called 'private' for a reason. One member sending you a message that you don't like is not PM spamming. That's why we have the block feature. It would be PM spamming only if the said member sends the same message to multiple members. What goes on between you and another individual in private is none of our business.
