1000%? No sh*t.
The max armor you can have is 150%, and that only after doing Vigilante Level 12. If you don't do Vigilante and still pick-up an armor, you'll have 100% armor. Hope this helps.

Actually, the maximum is 200 but that is ONLY after 100% completion of the game...So, the normal max is 200. 150 is after the Vigilante missions and until you hit 100%-after 100% is goes to 200..Just a friendly heads up.

There's no point in having 1000% armour. It just ruins the game, as you die less easily, and you not have much desperation for survival in gunfights.
