Now i'm no modder, i don't have gta 4 for computer or a capable computer(YET) but i always though of how cool to have my home town as the city. Pittsburgh would never be considered for any gta game because it is to small but it would be great to play in it. I hope to get a a capable computer towards the end of the year and if i do im wondering how much work and how hard it is to make a city...i know i would need help(I'm sorry for my lack of modding knowledge)

Hi Kenny,

Making a city from scratch will require a team of people to accomplish, especially if the design phase have not yet been passed. I don't think this is a measure of how hard or difficult it is to achieve but more of how much time and how much people are willing to invest into your plans.
