So i was surfing on the internet and saw this video of a handicapped person getting bullied and sh*t like that. In the description theres a link where you can report these fags, can you please help this poor dude?

It's kind of ironic how they're bullying a mentally handicapped kid, but they're the ones throwing up gang signs(?) at that age and punching a kid in the face in a busy parking lot.

Also the one kid taking the video on his iPad is a pretty good example of how these privileged kids still get off on bullying those weaker than themselves, despite probably having parents to go home to, and decent incomes.

The police will get a description of the suspects and will by no doubt know the city, neighborhood, and vicinity. Thus, they'll find out the school that they go to, match up the description with photos in student ID and BAM! They have themselves suspects and arrests. At first I thought this was gonna be another fake video attention whoring scheme, but sadly, the video looks very real. Just look at the both of them when the guy gets clocked in the face.

Scumbags. I'm not sure whether to feel sorry for or be mad at their sh*t parents. Maybe 15 years in the slammer which would equate to 14 Christmases separated will get the point across with both the scumbags and their parents.

EDIT 1: The Sabal palm trees make the place look a lot like Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. So it's probably somewhere on the East Coast of the United States at least as far south as the shores of North Carolina. My guess would be South Carolina. I've been there twice to date and the look of the place reminds me heavily of The Market Commons; a picturesque outdoor shopping mall in which tourists are a cash cow.

EDIT 2: The URL that it directs you to belongs to the Clark County School District which serves the city of Las Vegas, Nevada.

I have a feeling that the OP knows these people, or knows someone that knows these people personally. The video had ~4 views when I looked at it, so he either uploaded it, or his friend on Facebook/Twitter/etc. uploaded it, or it's just a mirror of the video from someone else. Nope looked at the channel and it's just some guy who re-uploads stuff he found elsewhere, probably OP.

Considering the kid filming it had to upload it for it to get on the internet I'm sure it can be traced back to him/her too.

If I were blessed to be a federal prosecutor, I would personally see that all of those involved are banned from Facebook and YouTube for life and barred from re-joining under penalty of life imprisonment, that is, if such a law exists.
