I would really like if some one could tell me how to stop the player actors from doing gang sings when they kill an enemy.

This happens when I add the Player actor to run by it's self and kills enemies, but on it's way he stops and does gang sings.

It's impossibe and it is not because of DYOM but the game itself. It is a good feature showing the realism of the game.

Actually he meant if some enemy die nearby and a friend sees it, he starts talking.

Ah, I think he talk about signs" not "sings"
When the actor killed an enemy, the actor will start waving their hands. Well, we could stop that by pressing G to call them. They will immediately stop waving their hands and run to us

I thought he asked how to stop the actor when we control the player
And one thing, realism ? Have you seen someone killed a man and the killer waved his hands in the real life like the one in GTA SA ?
