Tire Blowouts
Have to eat to survive
Headshots kill you
Bleed out

Flying boats: self explanatory

Submarine planes :self explanatory

Guns shoot super Mario sized bullets :self explanatory

Random player NPC skin: changes Franklin, Trevor and Michael to random pedestrians.

Classic crunch: reverts vehicular homicide sounds to the old scream and crunch style from SA. Pure nostalgia

just had to chime in and SIAP but can you imagine the zombie cheat .... say you made your way out to some deep dark forest at x elevation.... say maybe you parachuted... slowly but surely they would start to show up until the forest was full of zombies...

for somebody who doesnt play COD and for that matter has NEVER played zombie mode.... zombies in GTA would be absolutely ridiculous if you ever needed a break from the story

They could add a flying cheat like the superman/hancock mode for IV. Even though its an irrelevant cheats, its for fun. It would be entertaining and a lot of modders would be pretty satisfied a bit.
