You will behave like someone that's critically injured. - If you are not critically injured, your body will heal slowly through time. INI FILE: ====== Change the values inside BleedHeal.ini to control the mod behavior. CriticalHealth=30 --> in percent of total health. Can go from 1 to 99. It is the limit between not being critically injured and being critically injured. If you have more health than indicated here you will recover through time, and the only penalty is not being able to sprint until you're partially recovered. If you have less health than indicated here, you will be considered critically injured and your body will start to malfunction. TimeToBleed=10 --> in seconds, can go from 1 to 30. This is the period in which you will lose health if critically injured. Greater numbers will bleed slower, lesser numbers will bleed quicker. TimeToHeal=10 --> in seconds, can go from 1 to 30. This is the period in which you will recover health if not critically injured. Greater numbers will recover slower, lesser numbers will recover quicker. NoSprint=1 --> 1 means you won't be able to sprint until you're partially recovered from non critical injuries. 0 means it won't affect your sprint ability. BehaveInjured=1 --> 1 means you will behave injured if critically injured. 0 means you will behave as if you had perfect health even if you're about to die (like in the original game). IMPORTANT: If wanted by police, your character will make an effort and run even if he's critically injured, at the cost of bleeding a little quicker (while running).

Yea this is thanks to being pretty critically injured I believe as you can see this while trying to pick up a spilled over bike or if you're trying to run when you start to bleed into being pretty close to death. A few times I've been able to get out of the dazed/bleeding stumble if Niko was caught up in a pile of objects or such by attempting to jump but generally by that point things weren't going to be any different with a few more seconds of freedom. I've been running into a hospital an grabbing the med pack on the wall or getting into an ambulance to heal myself so I never noticed the eating issue. Outside of that I think it's pretty accurate, I can only imagine trying to pull up, get on, then control a sport bike at any real speed with considerable wounds and injuries. (mmm then again there's always battle adrenaline) I think depending on how much one's gone in an tweaked any of the values not only here but in other mods as well like Prof_Farnsworth's Bullet Impact Euphoria you'll see an interaction between them. Most noticeably when you're critically injured & really bleeding it might trigger the uncontrollable acceleration if you have it enabled. This mod is great, but I just noticed recently that when you're in the bleeding state, if the injured animation is enabled you can't call an ambulance (animation of putting phone away just loops), and I don't think you can purchase food. The only option* is to find a medkit, or if you have another mod that heals you. I have since been playing with injured animation disabled, but I feel the animation adds immersion.
The only thing, IMO, this mod needs: fix the injured animation to not play when purchasing food/drink, or when taking out and using the phone. It would add to the mod, getting into a crash and having to call 911 for an ambulance to heal you.
Edit: * just remembered that if you find an ambulance you can get in it to heal a bit. Minor correction.
