I'm thinking of modding GTA San Andreas' Hotring Racer A (hotrina) into a regular civilian sports car. However, I've never actually finished any mods (because I suck horribly at making them), and I don't know how to make a new TXD file.

Let's say I'm going to replace the Buffalo with the mod I'm going to make. I know I'd make a new buffalo.txd, but what should I put in the file, and, the most important question, how do I create one in the first place?

Also I don't know how to make a new seats for a car (I'm going to add a second row) and have textures for them.
