CLEO 4 problems

GTA V: San Andreas. Group: Members Joined: Apr 30, 2011	hi my friend is having a problem installing CLEO 4 for GTA SA when installing it says "error writing cleo.asi" and then it quits out so i sent him my cleo.asi (i have cleo 4) and it says bass.dll not found reinstalling this Application may fix this problem so i sent him a bass.dll and it says "is not the point of entry" so he cant send the bass.dll to the SA directory he is running windows 7

Group: Members Joined: Apr 30, 2011	yup he has tried running with admin privallges running in compatability for XP and since them 2 never worked he asked me to send him my cleo.asi and the main contents of the cleo folder and it says bass.dll not sound reinstalling the application may fix this problem
