I have the Img tool 2.0 and SAMI.

Can someone explain to me how to use them for instaling weapons and other stuff?

For san andreas?

Use SPark, find it in the tools section. Topic titled "yet another img" something

Anyway, use it to open up files with the extension IMG for san andreas and the readme files within mods should guide the rest.

Spark is simple because it auto-rebuilds the archive for you, yet retains the "last order"

If you happen to come across mods with lazy authors who didnt provide instructions, simply download the same kind of mod (no readme for you new tshirt? Download some jeans, use that readme for the sh*t)

I use only spark (till dave finishes with G-Tools).

There isn't any tutorial on how to use SAMI. That should be covered in the read-me file that came in the download.

If your having difficulty understanding it, paste it in this topic and I'll help you as best I can.

Thats for vehicles, is there one for other mods, like the weapons, and building mods?

Its pretty much the same principle.

With buildings all you have to replace is .dff and .txd. It's the same with weapons, but you may have to import a custom weapon line that changes some of it's properties like rate of fire, magazine size etc.
