I've converted this model into a .wft & added it to GTA IV but when I spawn it the game crashes. I haven't made a wtd or a texture, 'cause I don't know how. Is that what is causing the game to CTD?

Unfortunately I can not help you with your problem. But what I can do is to inform you not to post more than one post without a reply following your previous one.
Double posting is frowned upon and is classed as spam let alone triple posting. There is an edit button there for a reason, use it.
I would expect you to have known this considering you joined around this time last year.
Once the UVW Unwrapping is completed, you need a program called, G-Texture, open a new wtd file and store your textures in it, with .dds format, for .dds format, you can use photoshop Nvidia .dds plug-in.
Can anyone help texture or give ideas??
