This mod added monument in honor of International Civil Aviation Day that celebrated in December 7.
P.S. As bonus, in mod added some textures from
HRT 1.4 because technically mod should include textures of the street, where stands a monument, so I decided to integrate those textures from HRT 1.4. Screenshots and video are captured in game with
Autumn Sunshine installed mod.
P.P.S. Originally released on LibertyCity.ru in December 12, 2012 and include two versions - Russian and English. Given that even back then I translated mod to the English, I had to post it here before, but better late than never.
