Hi Everyone,

Sorry if this isn't the right board, but from what I can gather it probably is tounge.gif

I'm looking at trying to change the textures on the Goldman, Ligner & Shyster building, and so far I've been successful in changing the logos on the internal walls, but if you go there in game, you'll notice that there are decals of the logos on the walls on both the external windows, and internal windows and doors. There's also a marble plinth outside with the logo on as well.

Now try as I might, I've looked through all the .img files and spooled through all the textures in the .wtd's, but I can't find any sign of them (ie. they're not in the same archive as the level 3 archive where the others are, and they're not in manhat01.img where the other textures for The Exchange are.)

So I was thinking, does anyone know of a program that allows you to for instance hover the mouse over an entity or object in-game, to show information about it, such as its texture name, location in the img files and model name. It could even show info about masses or shaders etc...

Anyway that's another question. My main question is does anyone know where the decal textures and exterior logo textures of the GLS buildings are located?

It's possible that they are embedded into the WDR files that use them. If a wdr file has embedded textures the "edit" button in sparkIV will be enabled. This way you can edit the embedded textures too wink.gif

Ah that makes sense. Would it be possible to do that in OpenIV or do I need spark?

EDIT: OK I managed to change the doors. But the granite sign outside, I cannot find anywhere (despite looking through every single .wdr and .wtd in manhat_01.img.)
