Sometimes the texture .bmp causes it, Open the texture in paint, ctrl+x then save ctrl+v then save.
Regarding your map modeling quip, sorry but no i cant do those optional extras you wanted me to do, i'm knee-deep in IVSA right now.

What sort of error message do you get? I'm pretty sure it's not the player model but rather something else you could have changed in the script/game that makes it crash.

Try installing it on a fresh GTA VC and see if it works. Cause it does for me.

What kind of map changes you want? I can do very little modeling but could do some basic things maybe.

It shows basic gta-vc.exe has stopped working message. It happens when I install your model. When I return original model - works fine.

Sorry for no updates. The progress has kinda slowed down due some important personal events I'm still searching someone who could model a few map objects (like buildings nad stuff).
