What is the Black Cat?

The Black Cat is my own DLC I have been planning for months and now it is time to share it with everybody.The game is based on the criminal underworld from a cop point of view. This game begins with James Murdoch who is the main character also the most ruthless cop in Liberty City, doing what he does and that's being a good straight cop. The time occurs after the death of George Naven, for those who don't know who George Naven is, just read the other Black Cat story in the Writers' Discussion. Hope you guys enjoy.

After crime has infested the streets of Liberty City for decades, it's time for some cleaning up. James Edward Murdoch, a ruthless cop with only one objective and it's to bring proper justice to Liberty City.... but he can't do it alone. After he gets assigned to a case that causes his partners death, it can only end up being bloody. He gets partnered up with another partner, Anthony "Tony" Crandell. The two are on a big case that could end all crime in the city.... but will they survive?

•James "Jimmy" Murdoch	33	James has been an honest Liberty City police officer for 12 years in Algonquin. He is the main character who's police career is at stake because of a huge conflict that occurs during an investigation of a robbery. He has a long history of violence and a very short temper, he could snap and get violent at anytime, that is why most criminals fear him.
•Anthony "Tony" Crandell	31	Tony is a quiet and reasonable Hove Beach police officer. He gets promoted to detective and transferred to the big boys, East Holland PD and gets partnered up with James Murdoch. Ever since they have partnered up, Tony's actions become violent but it's for a good cause.	TC
•Robert "Mr. Kingpin" Mason	48	The main antagonist of the story who is head of a criminal organization known as "The Kingpin". He runs everything criminal related such as illegal gun shops, gangs, and basically everything. He runs all gangs in the city, he is responsible for all crime that happens and he is rich of dirty blood money. Him and James have a history together and it is not good.	RM
•Nicholas Seigel	27	The informant on the Irish mobs in Dukes for Jimmy and Tony. He used to be in the Irish mobs until he screwed up drug deal with Robert Mason's associates. He also used to be a murderous member of the Irish mobs, he was known for his rage in parts of Dukes and Broker.	NS
•Elizabeta "Liz" Torres	31	One of the main criminals the police try to arrest but Murdoch tries to help her because of their history. Later in the game both Murdoch and Liz admit that they were best friends back then and that they had to go their separate ways after Jimmy became a cop. After Liz sends a European hired muscle to retrieve her drugs in Colony Island, the police were informed by an undercover source and they quickly try to retrieve the drugs as evidence but they were too late. Murdoch always helps Liz but later in the game he couldn't help her anymore.	ET
•Otis "49" Lawrence	27	Main boss of the "X Street Soldiers" or "X2S" in Northwood and East Holland. Has connections to the Kingpin and really hates the police especially James Murdoch. He is known for killing cops in order to get to James. It's safe to say that Otis or "49" has a violent history with James as well other people.	OL
•Anthony Corrado	24	A personal bodyguard of Jimmy Pegorino. He has a few jobs for Murdoch after he turns states on his boss	AC
•Coltrane Strader	41	A friendly ex military soldier from the south. He always helps the police because he always somehow get information about many criminal activity happening all over Liberty City. He is a bit of an alcoholic but he lives right next so the Irish bar in Steinway, so never drinks and drive.	CS
•David White	43	The chief of police that assigns cases to Jimmy and Tony. Jimmy and David do not get along because Jimmy thinks that David is corrupt and has connections to the kingpin and is possible that he is on Mason's payroll.	DW
•Cheng Yao-mung	31	Cheng is Lǎobǎn (boss) of the Jīn lóng guǐ (Ghosts of the Golden Dragon), a Chinese criminal organization opposing the kingpin. They are at war with kingpin and they need some help....... help from Jimmy.	CYM
•Kent Paul	46	Kent is a washed up party monster from England. He arrives in Liberty City to collect some money that he happens to owe to a mob boss in Vice City. After a friend of his tells him about Jimmy he decides to hire him for some muscle work. Usually drives a red Sentinel.	KP
•Martha "Aunt M" Milano	53	A ruthless, murderous, cunning sister-in-law of the Milano mob boss. She is well known all over Alderny, mainly because she is responsible for over 200 murders in the 70s and 80s.	MM
•Luca "Uncle M" Milano	55	The husband of Martha and the brother of Carlo, the boss of the Milano family. He runs the Las Venturas operations but after the police started putting him under investigation, he went to Liberty City to lay low for a while or at least when things have simmered down.	LM
•Carlo "Father M" Milano	58	The big boss of the Milano Crime Family in Alderny. He also despises the kingpin and is a good friend of Cheng. Carlo has been popping up in the police radar for years but no cop would move in on him except Jimmy of course.	CM
•Maria "Mother M" Milano	56	The madam of death, the godmother of crime, the lady of blood, and the queen of Alderny. These are all nicknames given to her because of her reputation as the wife of Carlo Milano. She treats her in laws with love, also because of the fact that Martha and Maria are the same, they are both deadly as they are beautiful.	MM
•Igor Petrovic	41	The cousin of Kenny Petrovic and the cops only lead to the Kingpin. He is the middleman for almost every deal that occurs in Liberty City and San Andreas	IP

The Kingpin

The biggest drug operation in Liberty with plans to expand towards Vice City and San Andreas. It was formed not that long ago but their power has risen at a very fast processed and became the biggest supplying organization in Liberty City. They have many connections and are trying to get rid of any competition, but they have a big problem.... all drug operations are all going against them with the help of Jimmy Murdoch and Tony Crandell. They have alot of power but they alot more than that to fight the most dangerous cop in Liberty City.

Colombian Cartel

Colombian Cartel was the biggest drug operation during the 80's. However they lose their power a lot especially when many notorious Colombian drug cartels' arrest or death and the heats carried on the Cartel during 2000's. Except the more powerful drug cartels in Colombia, the only known Colombian Cartel carrying operations in Liberty City is Medina Cartel of Medina Cousins. Gerardo Medina laundered a lot of money by smuggling drugs and running protection rings (especially shaked the shopkeepers in Dukes and Bohan area). After his death, his cousin Joseph Medina took the lead. Joseph moved his sides mainly on the drug business by selling L.C societies to drugs, carrying drug business with many Eastern-European crime organizations (such as Albanian Street Crew). But also Joseph used the Cartel's connection from foreign countries and performed alliance with the foreign drug lords such as Cuban kingpin Alejandro Ortega, Sicilian Mafia. Also he has been offloading his drugs to the streets less risky by using his connections with Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers.

Currently at war with the Albanians, they ask for some help from Jimmy to win this war after the sudden arrest of Joseph Medina. The Colombians are running out of luck on becoming what they were once before.... although Jimmy helps them in order to get closer to the Kingpin.

Mexican Cartel

New generation Mexican Cartel organizations has occured in the 70's, the first nowadays cartels are Gonzalez Cartel and Juvenez Cartels which are founded in 1970. The other two latest generation Mexican Cartels (Rijuana Cartel and After top Mexican drug lord Manuel Angel Falco Geraldo was arrested in 1989, his organization Guacualajuana Cartel had splitted up into two factions; Rijuana faction which is led by Gallino's nephews and Sureloa faction which is led by four top Guacualajuana lieutenants Alfonso Vasquez, Immanuel Zasa Gracia, Humberto Luz Pepe Sosa and Adriano Gerardo Gomez. These four cartels are the most powerful of other Mexican Cartels today.

A very big conflict evolves between the Mexican Cartel and the Police Force, and by police force I mean Jimmy who attempts to take down a violent young member. Apparently pissing off the Mexican Cartel is a big mistake, but pissing off Jimmy is the cause of a dark storm over his enemies.

Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers

Like Spanish Lords, Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers (or shortly N3D) is a Hispanic gang but just consist of Dominican gangsters. Unlike Spanish Lords, N3D is not such a powerful gang that spread a number of streets in the city because they've problems with African-Americans from North Holland Hustlers and Clarence Little's East Holland Drug Gang. But N3D has a passionate leader, named Willy Valerio. Willy sells k's of steroid to brutal Colombian Cartel, does big deals with high class crime organizations such as Greek Mob. Also N3D has connections with Jamaican Posse which is a great drug dealing gang throughout the Broker-Dukes line. Also they have a powerful friend named Ray Boccino from Nosa Costra.

After the sudden assassination of Teddy Benavidez by an unknown hired gun, they started becoming more cautious of their actions and allies. Jimmy gets assigned to take down a known affiliation known as Papi in the middle of a drug deal in East Hook, the raid was less than successful but it was a clear road for Jimmy.

Ghosts of the Golden Dragon

A Japanese criminal organization, more like a society based on spreading the code of the Golden Dragon all across Liberty Dragon. They were formed in the early 1700's as a clan of guardians for the royal families. By the 1930's they immigrated to Liberty City continuing their rituals and ways of life. They don't claim any territory but they claim the fear of their enemies. They are a very organized organization with affiliations in the police force, Jimmy being one of them. The GGD are at war with the Kingpin and Jimmy jumps in the battles to take the Kingpin down. Cheng Yao-mung is the leader of the entire organization and is a very hard man to contact, luckily Jimmy managed to gain his trust and the two join forces to take down their main objective....The Kingpin.

Exeter Street Soldiers

Also known as "X2S", they are the most powerful gang in Northern Algonquin. They have ties with N3D, Mexican Cartel, Colombian Cartel, Hillside Posse, Ghosts of the Golden Dragon, and the Kingpin. They offer protection to businesses and vendors around Beechwood and Schottler. With their main boss in Prison, the gang falls apart because unsupervision and Jimmy is forced to help them until the boss gets out. With Jimmy help they guide him closer to the Kingpin and and offer help whenever he needs it.

Money Over Bullsh*t

A street gang operating in Firefly Projects going through a struggle for power over their old operations in Schottler. After declaring war against the North Holland Hustlers, they have been getting weaker as time passes.

Investigation

You unlock Investigations after completing "Bay of Pigs". Investigation helps with the progress of the storyline, you get files on criminal organizations from the PD. Once you get a file on a certain criminal organization, you get options on whether you want to follow your lead, shake down a business, or cut right to the chase.

•Following your lead will give you more information about the criminal organization you were assigned to investigate. You will recieve more points if done correctly.

•Shaking down a business is to take a criminal front belonging to the organization you were assigned to investigate. You will receive less information and less points but still a high score.

•Cutting to the chase is basically a wild goose chase. You go straight to the last location the suspect was at, if the suspect is not at that location you ask people if they've seen him/her. You either arrest the suspect or kill the suspect. Killing the suspect will give you no points, arresting the suspect will give you a few points.

The deal Papi take parts in East Hook is probably the "Corner Kids" crossover, right? I'm planning to make a crossover with it, too. As a routine; Jose and Papi fight with the cops and get the hell out of there. Also according to Jimmy's ties with crime organizations, Jimmy is not fully a pure cop, actually he's a gray cop, good and bad, both. Also wish we can talk GTAboy about the drug distribution between the Colombian and the Mexican (a crossover I planned out, but I must talk with you guys about it). Also this distribution will probably be the most heated vendetta between Mexican Cartel and Jimmy (as the Cartel will kill a lot of respected law enforcers such Henrique Camaro and Agent Jones.). Also Igor Petrovic would work in my story during Petrovic's missions as well. Also I will think about X25's ties with Mexican Cartel, something good would be derived of that. Excellent work. Also where will your story start at?

Anyways, I noticed that most - and maybe all - of the music on the radio is from 2011-12. I think you should stick to the original routine, and put up songs from any year in or around 2008 or 09. But that's alright.
