Some people didn't like VCS but I did. It felt a mix between SA and VC. So for me it is:

I don't like TBOGT in fact it's my least favourite IV era game. I never liked Luis as protagonist and I think after games like IV, TLAD TBOGT with its features and such feels too over the top. Otherwise missions were fun but I prefer TLAD and IV because they represent LC atmosphere best. Anyways I think TLAD is best out of these games . LCS and VCS were good but not as good as TLAD.

I've been replaying TBOGT and it's not as bad as I've criticized it before, but it still seems "off" to me. The whole game's atmosphere feels too party like to fit in with LC.

It's a good game, but GTA IV and TLAD are better IMO.

True. Luis was actually not that bad of a protagonist. He was just conceited and judgemental. Niko and Johnny were better because of their experiences in life as they're both in their 30's.

VCS: I really liked Vic Vance, the brighter Vice, the return of VROCK and VCPR, and Phil Collins.

TLAD: It was a nice addition to IV and had the same type of dark storyline as the main game.

TBOGT: Loved the inclusion of the M249, APV, and Hughes OH-6. Good dose of "over the top" fun.

The EFLC, together as a whole are a great deal for its original price of $40. You can experience the final two chapters of the LC diamond scandal, from two totally different perspectives; the gritty life of Johnny Klebitz and the glitzy life of Luis Lopez. Both games are very unique in their own way and both include their own personality and are very disparate from IV, which is rare in DLC titles.

On the other hand, the Stories are both excellent games as well. Both protagonists are great (say what you want about Toni being an ass-kisser) and have an amazing plot to unfold into. LCS's brilliant mafioso storyline is very intricate and enjoyable once you settle into Toni's shoes. VCS's storyline is compelling and original and offers a great deal of side tasks to complete.

Once of the hardest calls I've made in a while, but...

TLAD and TBOGT > LCS and VCS
