TPS I would say Stranglehold, its like MP. Since Duke Nukem 3D, Doom, and Deus Ex have been mentioned I'll recommend Rise of the Triad and Redneck Rampage. Both fun games from the same era.

4 month bump.I don't have it on PC,I have it on PS3.It's not so bad.It has a few issues but it's all good. The PC and Xbox 360 versions were done by Valve and the PS3 version was done by EA.On Topic:I recommend the metal gear solid series,my favorite games of all time.
Download DosBox and find a site that distributes abandonware (which i in no way recommend downloading due to possible copyright infringement.) There are some great DOS games out there and you'll probably be able to find them by yourself, but my favorites include Shadowrun (RPG-ish game), Alter Ego (Text-based life sim), and DOOM.
