Okay guys,so I downloaded the General Lee for Vice,and since i'm a n00b,used GTA Mod installer 5.0.now the car is perfect,EXCEPT it only comes in black,now I copied and pasted the readme's Carcols.dat but it's just black with the decals
Here is the car

Just install it manually, it's easier and you don't run into bugs like this. It's most likely the mod installer tool's fault.

Pasting the carcols.dat entry in the correct file should have fixed it. Try cleaning out your AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games folder, it might be cached there.

That's uhh,the problwm,I Have NO idea how,i'm worthless as far as computers go
