How can I install speedometer to my GTA IV Version 1.0.0.0?

I have seen other forums but I can't understand.
Please give me instructions step by step!

Version 1 is non moddable. You need to use aru's Maic Patch IV. Also, does speedometers require asi loader? Sorry but you need to patch your game higher 1.1.0.0 because then only you can install the mods. Basically, try the latest patch or go for performance patch aka Patch 1.0.4.0.

So GTA IV Version 1.0.0.0 can not be modded!

But please specify which patch is good for mods?

After that, follow the instructions what the author gave. If they are not enough then contact the author any ask your doubts. Have fun.

I have patched my game and now the speedometer is working fine.
