Algonquin Assassins
(Want to get a little more in-depth with your assassin persona? Visit Wanted Assailant's The Letifer Organization thread!)InitiativeAnyone can pull a trigger in GTA, but do you have the skills to hunt, stalk, and eliminate your prey? Find out here. Either create your own target for someone or take someone else's, then go hunting. As soon as you've completed your task, head back here (preferably with photographic evidence) to collect your pay and the fame of making a good kill. But beware, any assassin can take out any target, so it's you trigger finger against theirs. Happy Hunting. The UniformAssassins come in all brands. The two that stick out the most in all people's heads are those of the well-dressed, high-class assassin such as Agent 47, and that of the rugged, jaded, survivalist assassin like Niko Bellic himself. As such, the uniform of our organization varies depending on the choice of the individual assassin. Any choosing to be high-profile assassins will wear a suit and tie with decent shoes. Any choosing to be low-profile assassins will wear more practical clothing, such as a Spyde jacket and track pants or jeans, boots or dark-colored sneakers, and an army cap is optional to conceal the face. All assassins will wear sunglasses to conceal their features and give the illusion of infinite numbers and anonymity to our enemies, a fearful tool. The Rules 1. All assignments must include an assassination. We are not thugs. 2. Law enforcement, witnesses, or any innocents should NEVER be harmed unless specifically directed otherwise. Failure to do so will result in extreme pay deduction. 3. No assassin can "call" a target; they are all open for anyone until they are completed. 4. All vehicles must be black in color, and preferably washed. The Motor PoolEvery assassin needs a proper vehicle in order to reconnoiter and track a target, and may even use it to kill a target. Even more so, a proper vehicle is necessary to exit the crime scene quickly. Some assassins even live out of their choice of transportation if itsuits them. However, it's required here in this organization to have a method of transportation that exudes professionalism, class, organization, and even agility, while stirring within those who know us the feelings of fear and, from that, respect. Therefore, the following vehicles and the list of rules for them have been accepted for use in our organization: Authorized Vehicles Open Target Database Updated Thursday, May 3, 2012. Ah this seems like fun. Ive got a story. Are you sitting comfortably? Anyway. I stole a helicopter from Helitours for this one, knowing ti would be useful. I headed straight for the Broker Bridge, and landed on the top of the Algonquin-side support thingy (Can't remember the name right now ) Pulling out my sniper I walked to the edge, being careful to not fall off, and took aim. The mark should be walking towards Algonquin right about now. Then I saw her. A caucassian female with blonde hair. I was tempted to go for a headshot, but settled for a shot to the stomach. One shot and she was dead. She twisted in the air, leaving the gunshot facing away from me. Good. Unfortunately, that was where my luck ran out. I got back into the chopper and flew off, towards the East Borough Bridge, which I looped around and headed back for the broker Bridge. Knowing I should ditch the chopper, I though what better way than to smash it into the side of the Broker Bridge Tower. That was a brilliant idea. Picking up speed I bailed soon befor the chopper hit the side of the bridge. I did not see the collision, however, as I misjuged the jump. Instead of landing under the bridge in the water, as I planned, I went over the bridge, hitting the fence on the side of the path. I died instantly. However,as if the game was spiting me, my lifeless body fell onto the road and was promptly run over by a taxi. Damn that was fun.

I just randomly picked a couple pedestrians and created a backstory to add some context... You guys can try it if you want. --- Primary Target: Thomas Greensburg (picture taken at 9:30)Location: last seen in Hatton Gardens and Lancet, but he looked like a tourist pedestrian, so he could be anywhere... Backstory: Thomas is a small-time mobster operating out of Jerkov's Bar in Hatton Gardens, where he has established a profitable escort service and gambiling operation for VIPs who visit the bar. He's been known to blackmail his customers for regular cash payments, and hire violent loansharks to collect on gambling debts. No doubt marked by a frequent customer who was blackmailed for too long. If he has a camera with him, destroy it. Secondary Target: Ian Richards (picture taken at 12:15)Location: Last seen at the Courthouse in Varsity Heights. Description: Striped black and red tie, black suit with black pants. Looked about 40-50, with detailed wrinkles in his face. Backstory: Ian is Thomas's lawyer and close friend, and has protected him from legal charges raised by past customers and officials. He is vital to Thomas's operation, and must be killed as well.

MasterBlaster, your mission has been completed:
Debriefing
I started out with my Oracle as always and headed over to the Acter Industrial Park. After finding no easy way in, I headed up to a large liquid drum (I have no other words for it) that sat across the entrance of the prison. I attempted to find a good sniping position but it was raining and getting late, meaning no prisoners spawned. I had to wait for the next day.
However, I was proactive about the failed attempt. I nabbed a helicopter after parking my Oracle in Algonquin and checked the walls of the prison for any weakpoints I could use to my advantage. Unfortunately, it was sealed tight, but I noticed the walls were just low enough to park a tall truck next to. After much stalking and running around, I cornered a Flatbed driver with a crane on the back of the cab and coaxed him out of it. I ran back to my Alderney safehouse to pass by six hours and then embarked to the prison for the last time.
Upon arrival, I parked the back of the truck against a wall with no guards around, then hopped on top of the cab and traversed the skinny crane's arm, then jumped onto the wall. To lower my profile, I dressed as a garbageman (not very conspicuous but better than being dressed in a full-out suit). I wandered around the grounds for quite a while looking for this mysterious "laying-down" fellow until I finally found him cornered between two buildings by some other inmates. It appeared he was not laying down for leisure, but had just endured a beating.
Without the ability to use stealth, I brought out my pistol and shot him in the top of the head, an instant kill. The guards got on me immediately and I dashed to evade them until I managed to get on the wall where my truck awaited. A guard with an M4 had me with my hands up but I pushed him over and jumped, landing roughly. I proceeded to run in my Truckbed, which was remarkably reliable, until I crashed it into the small inlet under Plumbers' Skyway and stole a Dinghy. A few Predators pursued, but before I knew it I was free on the west coast of Alderney. Around north Alderney I beached the boat and caught a cab back to Algonquin. Mission closed.
---
Rooneye, I'll take your assignment and Stonsway, I'll take Ian Richards. Someone else can take Thomas Greenburg.
Another assignment for those who want it (don't forget my original):
Target: Stefan Jesurt Location: A stoop in front of a townhouse in Bohan, right side of Grand Boulevard (should be between San Quentin Ave and Folsom Way). Backstory: Stefan is no more of a criminal than any other dumb punk that lives in Bohan, but recently he held up a laundromat that is on our payroll. Make his death public and take any money he has on him. Ensure he learns his lesson before you "end class."

Thought I saw Richards smoking outside a law office, so went to get a closer look. He took exception to my scrutiny and took a swing at me, cliping me on the jaw and throwing me off ballance. He fought tenaciously, for a man of his supposed age and background. We went hand to hand for a while until he threw a haymaker at me which I dodged and countered with an elbow strike to the head and knocked him to the ground. I kicked him in the ribs; he didn't look like he was getting up again. I pulled out my pistol and put a bullet in the back of his head, just to be sure. But on closer examination, I cannot swear it was him. He was wearing no tie. This was saturday, so maybe he had just dropped by the office to pick up some files and was dressed informally, but best protocol dictates we must assume Richards is still at large...

I saw a few Richards-looking fellows in Hatton Gardens while looking for Greensburg, who I searched all over for but couldn't find.
Instead I looked up Rooneye's request about the two tattooed men. I found two with tattoos, both of which I could not fully understand. One was circle-like and the other was box-like, with indiscriminate details. Either way, I managed to plant a Primo on the road next to them, but not as close as I would have liked; there were some dumpsters in the way.
Nevertheless, I detonated just as an unfortunate passerby stepped next to the fellows, though he miraculously survived. I assume it was due to the dumpsters taking some of the blast, but nevermind. Job finished.
Still looking for Greensburg and possible Richards. Jesurt is still available to taking out, as is the prison preacher.
