Hey guys, I really need help picking out a new graphics card for my HP Presario CQ57 Notebook PC and my Processor-AMD E-300 APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics, 1300 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s) I HAVE WINDOWS 7

Unless you know something I don't, that machine is a laptop and they cards you linked to are to be used in desktops. Hence, they do not fit. And if delve deeper, you'll find out laptops are rather expensive to upgrade, they're simply not built for that. You can usually as a stick of RAM or replace the hard drive easily, but that's about it.
