i was planning to change the gta san andreas license plate data like this "GDH 712" or "ABC 123" or "XYZ 890" <<< Philippine license plate Format
but i don't know how






is this the code on changing license plate data????

There's no numplate.ipl. You are dumb as hell to correctly write name "numplate.dat".
This file is unused.

ok thank u 4 the correction because my data files are in notepad format they did not show the file format correctly (the format says "VCD")

so i guessed. sorry

so can u now explain it to me pleasse
