What's the best enb or icenhancer?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 5, 2011	Hi guys, im using 1.0.4.0 now, so i dont get the red sky bug, and i need a good enb with good effects, but not too sharp.I need some enb or ice that not blind me in cutscenes, can any body help me?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Nov 22, 2011	I personally use, this at the moment, I also like Bone ENB (this one you have to drag some files manually, or they'll end up in the wrong place). They are a little bit lighter on the hardware, than iCEnhancer 2 which is nice too.

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Feb 23, 2011	I use L3EVO (2012) NY v1.2 right now because it doesn't eat FPS and would still look great. iCEnhancer 2.1 is looking great too which is also FPS friendly.
