How can I know what time they are available at !? (the random charchers)

They have told when they will meet. Read the first two lines. If you are having trouble in finding Brian or others, keep on saving until 1 Week has passed. Some also need to phone you. Good Luck.

i have completed the story long time ago.. and I got a question about Brain ! : I did the second and first meet, hes not there! why? i'm in the right spot..

right now im in GTA IV and now its 6 in the morning in GTA IV and Brain not there..

and i got a another question.. I have to wait a whole week between part to part? For example if I made Sarah's Mission Part 1 so I need wait a week until part 2 will be available?

edit : wait.. how can I know if i made Brain part 3 already? cuz i think i did..

From what I've read in the guide, I think that you should wait a week.

I don't think you can, but if he isn't there, then you probably did it.
