I can't seem to install this Burn to Hell mod.

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Feb 28, 2012	I downloaded the patch needed. I then downloaded the .NET scripthook thing and the requirements that came with it(http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=392325). Then I placed the burn to hell script in the scripts folder that said "_PLACE SCRIPT HERE" and I placed that folder in my GTA IV folder but it didn't work. Does anybody know what I did wrong?
