 Windows Live doesnt Launch with EPFLC

Basically Windows wont launch when I open up EPFLC unable to play mutliplayer at all. I have a trainer on at the moment that I was using for some videos but other than that I havnt touched the files at all. If there's a xlive.dll file in your GTA IV folder, you need to remove it. If Live still doesn't work, then you'll need to get rid of all the trainer files and try again.
