Well, like Gus-84 said, they are trying to add each cars real life version, so the pack won't be very realistic compared with nowadays real life, but with GTA IV's version of it:

if you change ide you'll get an Impala called Peterbilt . that is not realistic . on the Blista i put a 1991 CRX (great mod btw . from Allcash)

Nope, in one of the columns of the vehicles.ide, called "Game name", you can change the engine sound, and in emergency vehicles the compability with the radio. For example, if you change the underlined admiral with BIFF, you will have a truck sound for that car.

In the emergency vehicles, if you replace that with one of a civil car, you will have radio in the emergency vehicle enabled

man if you change the admiral thing you'll get the biff sound but you'll have biff marked each time you sit into the car too

i know that . i replaced my cruiser with a totally civilian Crown victoria . btw i managed to do a nice handling for that car

Really hope I don't get flamed for asking a noobie question here:

I lost my copy of GTA IV and I wanted to buy EFLC to join the fun again( I mean look at this awesome car pack mod : )) . Is this mod going to work with EFLC? Does most car mods for GTA IV also works in EFLC?

The majority of car mods and car packs work with EFLC but I think that this car pack is pretty much dead though.
