Just a wonderment.

If Darkel is listed on the official site, in previews, and in the manual he should be canonically valid.
However, there is not a bit of confirmation that he exists in the canon, so he may not exist.
Although it is weird that the evidence outside of the game itself points to him existing.

Also, Bullworth Academy.
It should exist in that canon. It uses:

QUOTE
1. Same canons are built on the same engine.

Bullworth is built on an enhanced SA version of Renderware.

QUOTE
2. All right, and they also share plot elements. Like in GTA Advance.

Well, it has a GTA III-Canon Stallion... Probably counts.

QUOTE
3. Characters never appear in more than one canon. El Burro is a sneaky bastard who might be an in-joke.

Well, it doesn't have any characters from GTAIII-VCS, but none of the other canons are referenced either, so it might be all right.

QUOTE
4. All references to previous canons can only be Easter Eggs. Thus, when you see the "Jesus Saves" sign in Los Santos it does not mean you can save there.

Not relative.

But... one of the haircut styles is called "Hollywood". But why? Hollywood does not exist in the GTAIII canon...
... Vinewood does.

Your thoughts on the subject.

I'm not sure what you're trying to get at, but...

You're last point might be wrong. Hollywood coukd possibly exist as well as Vinewood. I say this because Miami exists as well as Vice City, as Ray Machowski says "See ya in Miami!" or something, in GTA III.

That was a haircut in the game Bully. The Hollywood haircut was in SA first since it was made in 2004 and Bully in 2005 or 2006.

That was a haircut in the game Bully. The Hollywood haircut was in SA first since it was made in 2004 and Bully in 2005 or 2006.

What the f*ck? No. There wasn't a "Hollywood" haircut in SA.

mark-2007,
yes, i know it might be incorrect. And I know that there is a "Move Over Miami" billboard in VC.
But... It just seems wrong... Real California near San Andreas... I mean, sure, 2 cities nearby, but states? I don't know...

What I'm trying to get at is whether you guys think Bully is in the GTA III canon. Because, you see, if there is no Hollywood in the canon, then it's not. Then it's in some separate universe, where everything might've happened differently,

And what about Darkel? Is he canonical?

Hodgey1989,
Her.

As in the Harley Davidson-style one in VC and SA? I think only mopeds, BMXs and mountain bikes were in Bully.

Anyway, I'm not sure if they're in the canon, it's not really that important though, unless you're writing a story?

No... This is the final thing I needed to see to understand that it is in that canon.
All the 3d gtaiii canon Handling files are built on the same one, made by Bill Henderson on 10/12/1999.

The "Bikes" section has all the bikes in the game. However, although the Freeway did appear, the Angel did not.
The section in italics is - well - the cars that are probably in traffic and used by the cops. Oh, and the cars from the arcade - and the Go-Kart track.
But - what is the Dirtbike?
And why is there the Walton? Never seen it in the game...

Edit: Cut out most irrelative things.

How, exactly, is that breaking a rule?? Both SA and VC are in the III canon, thus, characters may appear in more than one game, such as what happened with Asuka, Salvatore, and Phil.
I don't have to do this. [/depression]
