Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Sep 2, 2002	with the in car view can you see the hood, or is it like GTA3 where you see none of the car? Also does the gangs shoot at you as much in this one, it really gets annoying with the mafia in portland, i can't even drive through there anymore. And one more, can you pick the color of the car in the pay'n'spray. thanks
