Carpack trouble

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Sep 5, 2012	Hello ! (First I need to say that my english is not perfect..) I downloaded CITY.CARS.MODPACK.V.1.3.zip, replace files and start a game, but when I play a while, it crash(Fatal error). Also I have taxi bug. Author say to install Traffic Control System, but I don't know how to.. If someone could tell me, or give some tutorial I would be thankful. I'm not sure why I have fatal error. Taxi bug, or maybe some files in carpack are corrupted ? I play on 1.07
