My gta 3 is runinng really slow.

Windows NT (any version)---------------------------------------------------------

My Pc is working really good and it is in really conditions.I run on Minimum Settings But it is still laggy and slow. I allready try game booster and other software-Nothing help

Try getting a better computer. An extremely cheap computer these days has more power than what you have. Are you running the game at minimum settings? Lowest resolution, lowest draw distance?

Do not think about updating your computer man. Rather I would advise you to downgrade the OS to Windows 98 or ME ?
I too have the same experience, Xp uses more RAM and more display memory. You can install Windows 98 or ME as a dual boot option.

You will get a 2x boost.
