hey I wrote vanilla, and there's a few things you need to understand. Vanilla as it was released pushed GTA's engine. It pushed both the amount of cars the game could *safely* handle and the games model limit. Both of which you have increased by adding extra cars. Here you have directed your problem at Rhino's, what you didn't mention was the other cars you added.

You'll find deleting some of the other cars, and/or sticking to the same kind of models will in return produce a better performing server.ini.
More information for anyone else that tries to add in more cars, Vanilla (in the released format) runs just inside the GTA engines safe bounds, adding more cars will make your game crash more. Solution ? You can always make your own game modes / delete some of the cars.
