Hey ppl. I have the same problem i install the game, and apply tha patch1.0.4.0...
i did the download from **http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/4549749/GTA_IV_PC_Version++ (delete the ** and the ++).

when i try to run the game, i get this error...


then, i did the dowload of the fille efc20errorfix by Alexander Blade, but i get the same error

What im doing wrong ?
