We need a radio station with music!
thats looks much realistic,
So, is this a good idea?

I'm working on a new station with AbMc². We hope that we have a preview over a few weeks!!

Logistical nightmare, but doable. I don't think we should do it now though. Wait till everything else is in place.

A radio station is to big.... an smal one whit 3 songs: 10 mb

If we do it in a zip, then smalls the mb, 10 to 2 mb i think.
But i have already a program where you can convert a MP3 to a ADF file

And where do we get all the music?

Do you make your own music and not illigal mp3 ??? If we add mp3 to the mod we get troubel

if you rip the music striaght from an album you have purchased its not illegal, as long as you dont sell it

Alright: Here's what would have to happen to get people making radio stations:

1: 24 minutes of sound. That will make sure that the same song is never heard twice on the same day.

2: Be your own DJ. Make sure there's vocal commentary in there somewhere.

Outback your're right about zipping MP3's.
But in the real Vice City, the VCradio files are ADF files, these files are about 10-15 Mb, with 24 minutes of sound. That's not very much mb/sec...

I will make a radio station if you want seeing as I cant mod Programs or Files n sh*te!

Hey guys, finally something i can do to contribute to a mod! heh, i can make a radio station mixed right off my turntables for the mod, it will be club style, (trance, house, ect.) if you want me to.
