Ok so I have a new model in game (458 spider).

So it obviously works.

Now ~ I run patch 1.4

And I put these files in Scripts

C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\scripts

moveDoors.conf
moveDoors.net.dll
movedoors.ini

Inside movedoors.ini and the very bottom I put as the author said

What is wrong, and yes I have scripthook installed, since my traffic mod runs fine.

make sure the hash code is right, or else it wont work

also, ur line has too many values, it should only have 25, but it has 30

use these:

I included what you told me to, and deleted 5 other lines.

But it has no effect.

I know nothing about hash,

Do I need to take 2 of the 3 out to see which one works?

my scripthook.dll says version 0.4

Is that compatible?

follow the included tutorial for EPM, it'll help u with the hash code.

and yes, that scripthook version does support patch 4, so no problem there.
