Just open diamond_3.dff with 3DS Max..

Make sure you have Kam's Max Scripts..
if you have or installed it on 3ds max than open 3ds max..
than Follow..

1.at right side you will fing HAMMER Icon,Click it!
2.now scroll down till you see Kam's Script Buttons
3.Click "DFF I/O"
4.Now Click "Import DFF" bar..
5.than press "SA" button
6.now just press "Import DFF" button..
7.Select diamond_3.dff
8.Modify it ..
9.Export using Kam's script

How to Export:
1.In Kam's Tool Box TICK on Skip COLL
2.now press Export DFF button
3.save & replace in GAME!!! DONE

Yes i know... but Zmodeler ..NO idea.
Just in 3ds max.. i use it much
