[Mr Costello]

This story takes place in Meadow Hills, Liberty City where Francis Costello (D0n Costello) formed his Irish criminal organization “The Costello Crime Family”

It all started in 1972, Francis Costello joined The Meadow Hills Mob, which was a small Irish organization in Dukes. Francis Started off as an Outsider to the Mob, running small errands like money collections from rackets and extorted businesses. But he wanted to do more than that, so he started working his way up through the ranks.

Francis was now a Solider for the Mob and started doing more serious jobs. He would be involved in protection for Rackets, Drug deals and would also be involved in mob hits.

In 1986, Francis was made a Mob Lieutenant. He now played an important role to the Mob. He would have his own crew to run and would make a lot of money. Francis was starting to become well respected within the Mob and outside of it, he was able to walk into shops, bars and clubs without having to wait for anything. This was mostly because they paid him for protection but it was mainly out of respect.

In 1998, the Meadow Hills Mob and a rival mob out of Little Bay came under conflict. It was a tit for tat war that went on for years, a lot of guys where either killed or arrested and a lot of businesses where taken down.

In 2008, The Boss and Underboss to the Meadow Hills Mob were both assassinated by a car bomb. This drove the rest of the mob into hiding, including Francis. But Francis still had plans, he wanted to take Meadow Hills back and make it his own. He started up his own business with a crew of four. They started up there own rackets throughout Meadow Hills and Francis earned himself the name and respect he wanted. Everyone new about him and the buisness he ran. He was known around Meadow Hills as Mr Costello.

The Family Today. The Costello Crime Family have expanded their buisness out of Meadow Hills and now have buisnesses around Alderney. The Buisnesses are the Italian Resturant in Berchem which is a front for gambleling and money launering operations in the city, a gun shop in Port Tudor where they make and sell guns, a Warehouse in Port Tudor where they import/export the guns. They also own a small Warehouse on Charge Island where the family import/export drugs from other cities like Vice City, Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas. They also own a Stip club and a Car sevice shop on Bohan. The Car service shop is a Chop Shop where they take stolen cars, strip'em down, put new parts on and then sell them.
