A HUGE problem with GTA IV

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Apr 8, 2011	So the problem is this, MODS DONT WORK! It doesnt matter what mod it is, it just doesnt work. It will either make my game crash or just doesnt do anything. My game version is 1.0.4.0 and i've tried all kinds of ASI loaders and ScriptHooks. I follow a tutorial video and i do everything exactly like in the video but nothing happens!! So can anyone please help me?
