No need to type the cheat. Just set the wanted level by
going into Objective > Add Objective > Player Objective > Set Wanted Level.

I hardly understood what the story is about , honestly, i didnt at all

You can use this method too.

Y > Setting > Minimum Wanted Level > Set to 0 > Maximum Wanted Level > Set to 0 > Done

You don't need to use a cheat because it's been disabled.

EDIT : Please improve your english. I cannot understand the story at all. I'm not mad at you. I just give you an advice.
