Asus G73 owners- specs/ultimate setting

I'm sure there are many who like to play GTA:IV (EFLC) on their G73's.

However, I have not yet been able to located the best enhancement setting EnB for my laptop. I have trailed many EnB's, ultimate graphics tweaks etc, and some seem to work okay, whilst other drop the FPS dramatically and cause a lot of glitches.

My temp's are find (gpu max 86, cpu max 62)

Is there anyone who owns the G73 and has tweaked their own EnB (or other enhancement) that runs smoothly/without glitches?
