Well, okay. All .txd files I found are located in the models folder. Those are the following:

• models --> grass folder: plant1.txd.

I don't think you can find those files in the normal San Andreas folders. I think you'll have to access the gta3.img file. For that, you need to download the IMG Tool 2.0. Put the IMGTool.exe file in your main San Andreas directory and then open it. First off everything, remember to back up your gta3.img file, in case you wish to edit it, located in the models folder. Now, at top left you'll see a button called File. Click on it and then click Open. Now search in your San Andreas' model folder a file called gta3.img. Open that, and there you'll see all kind of files, ending with both .dff & .txd.

i aim bussy whit modding and i need inspiration and if i have the list a going to watch i can edit and what not.

Ok. I think you should be in the Modding Forums for help:
The San Andreas Forum is for UN-modded game questions, and problems.
In Your haste to post You must have missed the Bottom Main Menu choice for MODDING. And obviously the Banner lettering:
Modding questions belong in THE MODDING FORUMS!
Where You click on the underlined words. That’s where You can find Players who ARE dedicated Modders, they are more likely to give You some assistance!
Be careful to post in the correct forum topic, as they can get persnickety about that.
