Hey guys. I downloaded a skin for Niko, Johnny kleibtz. I replace every file with SparkIV tool. Everything gets replaced except the hairstyle.
How do i get Johnny kleibtz hairstyle for Niko?

I think the hairstyle is part of the model. So you would need to edit the model of Niko.

i downloaded a nother skin called "A new niko bellic" i replaced the files and i got the bald hair, but then i got a wierd light reflection line on his head when i am in dark places like shadows, night and so on...very annoying, i tried removeing reflection and shadows but it dident work and it shouldent be neccesary. if u cant remove it i have to wait for Zmodeler. Do u have any idea when it's released?

Yeah that's a haircut, which is removed in the final game.

if you want to play as johnny just download Player Selector then you can choose his model and switch between niko and johnny.

Can u play missions when u have chosen Johnny in player selector?

Actually, YES! But avoid cutscenes, as the game crashes if you go into cutscenes with any other character than Niko.

i found this mod, wich replaces the cap that you buy in the russian shop by making it a spiky haircut..the haircut itself it's pretty ugly but it looks realistic...and i was asking myself how can you do this?

Easy

Just find a good hat model and export the wdd and wtd, then rename to player_p both files then import, watch out, some may dont fit
