Due to the scene in trailer 2, this might be possible. Although its probably just a mission.

I'm not so sure that pedestrians would sit still for such treatment. Maybe we could pin them between walls and cars, and they could get broken legs when you shoot them in their knees, or something like that.

I think it'd be fun to use burning gasoline to block traffic, it'd make creating roadblocks a lot easier.

Well I guess if you could toss a molotov cocktail inside a newsstand with the clerk trapped inside in IV then yeah I guess pouring gas around and lighting it isn't limited in V.

Atleast it's not like the game "Postal" I guess... in that you could freely pour gasoline on people... set them alight... THEN piss on them... not particulary in that order either lol!
