DYOM World is a wiki about DYOM users, DYOM missions and other stuff that is related to DYOM. The wiki is free-for-all. Anyone can edit articles to improve the wiki. Some articles are locked to protect vandalism from banned members. Please feel free to contribute to our site by adding and editing useful information about the mod and its users.

I added "Profile Link" to Template:User. You can now share your gtaforums' profile link in your user's article. Just edit your article, select your "Template:User", and write your gtaforums profile link in "gtaforums profile" bar.


COOLMAN12234555896 - Founder
A founder of DYOM World. Edits all articles and protects them from vandalism, creates Templates, checks DYOM World almost everyday, updates news and promotes others into admins.

LnD - Admin
Second admin of DYOM World and a famous mission designer. Likes to edit articles about users and mission packs in his free-time.

Doublepulse - Admin (inactive)
An admin in DYOM World and video reviewer of DYOM Commentaries. He only edits his own article and he's currently inactive in DYOM World.

KaRzY6 - Admin
An admin that became in 2012. Checks and protects the DYOM World when other admins are not around. He edits templates and almost all articles.

SS Brigade - Former Admin
A former admin in the wiki. He was kicked from the admins, because he wasn't active since he was promoted to admins.



Templates are special "wiki-boxes" which, in them, are written small information and warnings.

To add a template in the article, you must either create or edit a page. Then, in the right-bottom corner, you should see "Templates". Press "Add other templates" to add them. Next, write a template's title in the search box and press "Insert".

There are three types of templates: Infoboxes, navigations and warnings.

Infobox Templates
While inserting a template, you will require to write specific information about the article that you're editing.

List of infoboxes:

Template Name	Template Info
User	Used for DYOM user articles.
Banned	Used for Banned DYOM users.
MP	Used for Mission Packs.
Mission	Used for Single missions/mini-missions.
Mod	Used for Mods.
Topic	Used for GTAForums threads.
Video	Used for YouTube DYOM videos.
Team	Used for Teams.
War	Used for conflicts/wars.

Warning Templates
Warning templates are used to warn others about various things like: lack of information, suggestions for deleting of renaming articles, etc... Used them when you think that articles need to be renamed, deleted, etc...

List of warning templates I allow:

Template Name	Template Info
Delete	Used for deleting articles. If you think that the article is useless, place the template.
Move	Used for renaming articles. If you think that the article is needed to be renamed, place the template.
Stub	Used for articles who need more information.
In use	If you think you have information about the article and want to edit it longer, use this to warn other people to not edit the article while you are busy on it. This prevents from articles conflicts..
Grammar	Used for Bad grammar of the article.
Extend	Used for extending sections (headlines).
Red	If you see a lot of red links, place this.
Merge	Used for merging articles. If you think that the two articles needs to be merge, place the template.
WIP	Used for mission pack articles in-progress.
Unclear	Used for confusing and unclear information.
Useless	Used for totally ridiculous articles.

Some pages can be edited by registered Wiki users (new users don't count) and some can be edited by admins (so far the admins are: Me, LeonCJ and Doublepulse)
