i think the classification should be like this,
Vehicle.img (for all vehicles)
Character. img (for the models & skin of PLayer & peds)
Map.img (for all buildings & road,etc)

(for sa) I guess vc is able to have the same thing

it's a cleo mod and it's called buildingeffect, but it's changing the whole screen. i think it's based on widescreen limit "changing". I ain't sure with it, but it's real cool.

for videos check youtube user ziggyyardie, he uses it in almost every sa vid.

Sorry for the late response. I had submitted the mod to GTAG ages ago. It's not verified yet. Anyways Alternative Beta 2 Download link has been added to the first post.

Any further work on this mod are put on hold. As said, we are working on State Of Liberty
