that is impossible with SB you have to download pawno from here Pawno

And sa-mp. 0.3d rc2 here: sa-mp

You misunderstood what I intend to do
I want to manipulate the memory, not learning pawno
And the guys from mod_sa were successful doing this
too bad that they aren't interested on gta_sa anymore..
they published their source code, maybe someone finds out how they did that
I have no idea how C++ works

That was for hacking SA:MP and since SA:MP is supported by GTAForums, I doubt you should be asking to do such things here
