how does modding work, i have obvioulsy never done ir. So uhm is it only for online or can the modds be used offline as well, i would really appreciat real answers not smart ass comments, i just never really understood modding...

modding is a way used by players to increase default game appearance/playability . there are several ways of modding . you can mod vehicles , player appearance , global environment (vegetation ,climate ..) . generally in every community there are professionnal programmers that use their knowledge to create useful modding tools . if you know nothing about modding i suggest you to do a search for such tools
