I downloaded this mod and copied all files from the archive in the GTA VC directory. I have absolutely clean license version... Pls help

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 1, 2012	Problem solved! YAY! I found the problem. This mod is conflict with CLEO! o_O Why? I Just deleted CLEO and this mod works! How to make this mod working with CLEO?
