Server crashes down

If i put another mod on server, crashes

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 26, 2011	I have a problem with my server. I downloaded the last version of server and when i pun on server GUPS or Monkey script, he crashes on start

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 26, 2011	now if i put another mod , ts working , but when to connect the server is saying that is wrong servre password this is the mod http://solidfiles.com/d/ae01/ and with default mod -> www.vicecitymultiplayer.com
